Backups
Backups run on a schedule and are stored encrypted. There are platform-wide backups and per-client backups, with retention defined by contractual, legal and security needs.
Verified restores
A backup that was never restored is not a backup. Procedures include restore tests, because the only acceptable moment to discover that a copy is useless is before you need it.
Monitoring and alerts
Service health is monitored continuously and alerts fire on concrete conditions, not on noise. The panel reflects service status back to the client.
Due dates and service status
The panel reports periods, due dates, pilot completion, pending payments and operational status, so no interruption arrives without prior notice.
Orderly exit
Suspension or termination follows a documented procedure: final backup, information handover and closure. Because work happens in the company's repositories, code, history and documentation stay under its control at all times.
