Amounts and currency
The first seat costs 28 UF per month plus VAT and includes a one-time implementation of 8 UF plus VAT. Each additional seat costs 25 UF per month plus VAT. The adoption pilot is agreed for a defined term.
All amounts are net: VAT and the UF value are calculated with the figures in force when the charge is issued. Final conditions are formalized in the contract.
What a seat includes
A seat is a complete working instance: execution capacity, managed infrastructure, project memory and audit trail, QA and security controls, backups, monitoring and business-hours support.
Payment methods
The flow supports Webpay Plus for cards and Chilean bank transfers. Cards are processed outside AIdrasil: the platform does not store full card data. The destination bank account is configured in administration and never exposed in the code.
Tax documents
Documents are issued through the enabled Chilean SII workflow and are linked to the corresponding period and client. Transfers are reconciled administratively against the issued charge.
Billing cycle and notices
The panel reports periods, due dates, pending payments and pilot completion. Notices are issued before expiry so service continuity is a decision, not an accident.
